10 MILER 8/23/08

Ran my ten miler today. Guess this is the first step toward PF Chang marathon training. It felt fine even though it took 1 hr and 15 min. I guess I should have brought my sundile instead of my watch. At the end of the ten I felt like I wanted to tag on another two but will stick to the training schedule. Weather was perfect!well hydrated! and got some sleep. All helps. I can't wait till I can start working past 12 miles (base) and get with some speed work so I can hopefully get past my grandpa pace.
